Prohibited Sales Platforms

• The sale of The Collective Code and its associated products on third-party platforms such as eBay, Etsy, or any other unauthorized marketplace is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access to The Collective Code, removal from any related programs, and retention of all pending and future commissions by The Collective Code.

Ambassador Program Compliance

• Participation in The Collective Code’s Ambassador Program requires strict adherence to FTC regulations and any other applicable regulatory bodies' guidelines. Ambassadors found in gross non-compliance with these regulations will be immediately removed from the program, and all pending and future commissions will be retained by The Collective Code. Offering cash back, gift cards, or any form of reimbursement as an incentive to sell The Collective Code is strictly prohibited.

Pricing and Bundling Policy

• The Collective Code cannot be sold for less than $397usd unless otherwise stated by The Collective Code owners.
• Bundling is only permitted with your own products or mentorship. You may not bundle The Collective Code with other digital courses, memberships, or products that you do not personally own.
• Individual courses or components within The Collective Code cannot be sold separately under any circumstances unless otherwise stated by the owners of The Collective Code.

Refunds and Reimbursements

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reimbursements once a purchase has been completed. By purchasing from The Collective Code, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.

License and Usage Rights

• Access to The Collective Code is granted solely to the purchasing individual and cannot be shared or transferred. Unauthorized sharing of course materials, login credentials, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, videos, and other materials within The Collective Code, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Collective Code. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the content without express written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Collective Code makes no guarantees of specific results, earnings, or income outcomes. All content and advice provided are for informational and educational purposes only. The Collective Code is not liable for any actions taken based on the content of the program.

Modification of Terms

• The Collective Code reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

Discounts and Coupon Codes

• The Collective Code may offer exclusive discount codes for products or services provided by third-party partners. Unless otherwise stated, these coupon codes are only to be used on purchase links provided by the creators. These coupon codes are for the exclusive use of TCC members only and are not to be shared, distributed, or posted outside of The Collective Code community. Sharing these codes with non-members or the public is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate removal from The Collective Code, termination of access to the community, and forfeiture of any pending commissions or benefits from the Ambassador Program.
